I liked the items I was trying to order and the site was easy to browse, but the discount code just would not work at checkout. I tried a few times and eventually had to reach out to support, which took longer than I expected. They did respond in the end, but the whole thing was a bit frustrating and took away from an otherwise decent shopping experience

My order from eternalmuse.com was mostly right overall, but one small item came in a different color than the one I picked. The main things I ordered were correct, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but it was still a little disappointing.
Shipping was fine and the package arrived in good shape. I just feel like the mix-up was avoidable if the order had been checked more carefully before shipping. I’d say 3 stars feels fair.

I’ve been getting emails from Eternal Muse here and there, they’re okay but not always that useful. Some of them do match what I’m interested in, but others feel random or like they don’t really apply to me. It’s not annoying enough for me to unsubscribe yet, but just a warning to others: don’t expect every email to be relevant. I still end up deleting a lot of them.

I ordered from Eternal Muse and, the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. I’m sure it showed up earlier than the estimate, and the tracking seemed to update normally the whole time. Didn’t have to sit around wondering where it was, which was nice. I’d probably order again, mostly because it got here so quickly.

"Confused about where their stuff actually comes from"
I was browsing eternalmuse.com and got a bit confused. The website seems to say they care about ethical sourcing, but I couldn’t find much solid info to back that up. Maybe it’s tucked away somewhere, but details like who makes the products and where the materials come from should be easy to find.
That kind of thing matters to me, so I ended up not feeling comfortable placing an order. A couple of vague lines just don’t give me enough confidence. I’d rather buy from a shop that’s more upfront and clear about it.

This looked nicer in the pictures than it does in person. Meh. The material feels kind of cheap, and the stitching isn’t very clean. It’s still usable, so I’ll give it that, but for the price I was definitely expecting better quality. Disappointing. Shipping was fine, though, no issues there. Just not super happy with the product itself.

The coverage did end up helping, which I appreciate, but the whole claim process took longer than I expected and the details weren’t very clear along the way. I had to keep wondering what was actually covered and when things would move forward. It worked out in the end, but it made me trust the warranty a little less

I’d give eternalmuse.com 4 stars. They usually have the stuff I’m looking for in stock, which is nice. I was going to say they always have everything, but actually a couple sizes were gone when I checked back later. Still, it’s better than a lot of other sites I’ve used, and it’s easy to see what’s available.

"Fit Was Just Off for Me"
I ordered my usual size from eternalmuse, the fit was really weird. I’m particular about how tops sit on me, but this one felt off right away — super tight in one spot and oddly loose in another. I even checked the size chart before buying, so that made it extra frustrating. I ended up not wearing it at all. Really disappointed because I wanted to like it.

The checkout was frustrating. It kept loading weird, and my payment didn’t even go through the first time, so I had to try again. Not the worst thing ever, but whoever runs this really needs to fix it because it made the whole process feel clunky.

Overall, I’m happy with it for what I paid. The value is definitely there, and it met my expectations in that sense. I just expected the shipping to be a little quicker, so that part was a bit underwhelming. Still, not a bad experience overall
